My Journey
Now I help others rise.
My name is Alika Gambill, and I am a sober mentor and teacher who believes transformation begins in the mind and ends in the life you build. For two decades drugs and alcohol ruled my life. I grew up in Hawaiʻi in a dysfunctional home, lost in my identity, trapped in addiction, and far from the man God created me to be.
But on February 17, 2017, everything changed. Through the grace of God, the renewing of my mind, and the process of discipline, accountability, and obedience, my entire life was restored — my identity, my purpose, my marriage, my calling.
Today, I teach people how to walk the same path: identity, discipline, faith, and a transformed mind.
My life used to be a deep, dark pit. Drugs, alcohol, fear, shame, dysfunction — I lived in it for years. But the same God who pulled me out turned around and said:
"Now jump back in and help others out."
My story is not about perfection. It's about process.
Not about avoiding darkness — but overcoming it.
Not about survival — but purpose.
Life in Calling

Transformation begins in the mind. I teach the biblical process of renewing your thinking and breaking old patterns that keep you stuck.
Most people struggle because they don't know who they really are. I help you discover your true identity — not in addiction, not in your past, but in Christ.
There's no magic pill. I teach people to embrace the daily process of discipline, obedience, and commitment to transformation.
You can't do this alone. I help people build accountability structures and connect with others who are walking the same road.
I don't just offer recovery tips — I teach the spiritual principles from Scripture that helped me stay sober and become a new man.
Speaking
I’m available for churches, recovery programs, men’s events, conferences, and podcasts. I bring a message of truth, hope, and real transformation.
My style: raw, real, unscripted. I share my story and teach with conviction.
Mentorship
People come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, broken, lost, or unsure of who they are. I help them rebuild their identity, renew their thinking, and develop the discipline needed to transform their life — spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I don't just teach recovery…
